Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership to create fun and broadly appealing mobile games with interconnected systems
Create and maintain balancing spreadsheets to model player behavior and create best player experience
Effectively communicate your design visions and solutions to leadership and the team
Work with the team to create, test, and iterate on game systems
Use necessary tools to implement content and systems
Stay current with industry trends and learn from the successes and failures of other games
Create and maintain game documentation from early feature pitches to living GDDs, including all related data

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
You are a passionate mobile games player yourself
Adaptability and a hunger for continuous learning
Experience with building versatile excel spreadsheets with efficient use of functions
Ability to structure and present complex information clearly
Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in a relevant field

Preferences

Experience as a Designer in the mobile games industry
Experience with Unity3D
Experience with Confluence and Jira
